This Rockwall homeowner needed more living space and an outdoor area for entertaining. We extended the existing home by approximately 8 feet, remodeled the kitchen with a completely new island, quartz countertops, and a quartzite stacked stone backsplash, then added a 25×20 cedar patio cover to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Some existing cabinetry was reused and refinished to keep the project budget-friendly while still delivering a dramatic transformation.
