Timelines depend on the scope of work, the type of material selected, and the flexibility of the customer.

Are you a licensed and insured remodeling contractor in Texas?
Trick question! There is no General Contractor’s license in the State of Texas.
We are however insured, and registered with several cities, such as Dallas, Garland, Richardson, Rockwall, and more.
We are also members of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), as well as the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Do you help with design and material selections for remodeling projects?
Absolutely! We help you select all of your fixtures, tile, grout colors, and even layouts of flooring and tile. We have a bit of experience with all kinds of features and design aspects that come in handy.
Can you work with my budget for a custom kitchen or bathroom remodel?
Budgeting for a project can be a very stressful time for anyone! If you have a specific budget, letting us know ahead of time can be ideal to make sure the estimating process and selections process all help to stay within budget.
What should I expect during the remodeling process from start to finish?
You should expect to be guided, (as closely or as far as you’d like), through each step of your home, kitchen, or bath remodel, or addition. We will not exclude you from the process. You can expect clear communication and a steady pace of progress.
How do you manage change orders and keep remodeling projects on budget?
We pride ourselves on communication throughout the project. If there are any unexpected issues, we typically stop the process and explain what the problem is, and what the possible solutions are. If the customer requests a change, we discuss any costs associated, and changes to the timeline. Just remember, you never know what’s behind the wall!

Yes! While we are not primarily an insurance or restoration company, we do have experience dealing with insurance companies and know what it takes to get work approved and fight for you and your home.
Do you handle permits and inspections for remodeling projects in Texas?
We handle all permitting and inspections for project that require them. Not all projects do! We have a good standing relationship with every city we are registered with and are always on-site for inspections and show you the results!
